Hey! I'm Elise Parker
I've been working as a freelance illustrator and artist for the last 5 years. I was born and raised in New Zealand and moved to Australia in my late teens. This is where I went on to study Digital Design specialising in illustration and later studied a Graduate Diploma in primary teaching.
I spent some time teaching P.E and Digital Technologies to primary school students in the remote North East Kimberley Region of Western Australia. I now reside in Perth with my husband and young daughter.
In my studio is where I create bold, whimsical illustrations that are full of colour, pattern and texture for children's picture books.
When I am not working on client work I have a mad obsession with painting birds and love exploring the local parks and beaches with my family.
